Our Team

Jill was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1981. She is also an accredited family mediator. Jill used to take family law cases to court until she obtained a Master of Laws degree in conflict resolution. Since 2004, she has committed herself to settling cases without court. She enjoys helping people resolve disputes in a respectful and non-adversarial manner, which benefits everyone, including the children.

Carole is a graduate of Humber College’s Law Clerk program. She has worked in Jill’s family law practice for many years. She will draft your financial statements and other documents, for Jill’s review with you. She can also give you information about the mediation process.
